2-Ply Modified Bitumen Roofing
This system consists of two plies of thick polyester reinforced modified bitumen asphalt covered in shingle-style granules, creating a monolithic roof about 3/8" thick. We adhere the layers with adhesives and heat-weld the membrane together, eliminating hot asphalt and smelly kettles.
The exposed membrane design offers incredible puncture resistance and simple repairs. Designed to last 25+ years, this system allows for cost-saving restoration. When nearing end of life, we can torch another granulated cap sheet over the existing roof, reusing the base system.
Built-Up (BUR) Roofing System
We construct this system from alternate layers of bitumen and strong fabrics with hot asphalt and gravel, available in 3, 4, or 5-ply configurations. The seamless structure withstands harsh climates, heavy foot traffic, and rooftop machinery, making it a popular choice in the Canadian market.
This inverted or conventional system offers easy repair, low maintenance, strong durability, and UV ray resistance. With professional installation, BUR roofs last over 20 years while handling extreme weather conditions.
EPDM Roofing System
